In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Hanyu Path in the twelve months preceding the claim.
3. Educational Outcomes Disclaimer
While we strive to provide quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, language proficiency achievements, examination results, or employment opportunities resulting from course completion. Individual progress depends on numerous factors including personal effort, practice consistency, prior knowledge, and learning capacity.
4. Force Majeure
Hanyu Path shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
2. Jurisdiction
