You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hanyu Path, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Liability Limitations and Warranties

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanyu Path disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
Implied warranties of non-infringement
Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

We do not warrant that the services will meet your specific requirements or expectations, or that any defects will be corrected.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanyu Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
Any content obtained from the services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Hanyu Path in the twelve months preceding the claim.

3. Educational Outcomes Disclaimer

While we strive to provide quality instruction, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, language proficiency achievements, examination results, or employment opportunities resulting from course completion. Individual progress depends on numerous factors including personal effort, practice consistency, prior knowledge, and learning capacity.

4. Force Majeure

Hanyu Path shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, power failures, internet disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such courts.
